Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be promptly sent to the customer via email within a maximum of 4 hours.

In the event that your preferred slots are unavailable, we will work to arrange a new schedule that aligns with your preferences. You will receive a revised confirmation voucher by email.

If you wish to cancel before receiving the confirmation voucher, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked.

Cancellations made 20 days before the scheduled travel date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the total tour cost.
For cancellations made between 10 and 20 days before the scheduled travel date, a cancellation fee amounting to 60% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled travel date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the total tour cost.

No questions asked cancellations, 100% Refund. (Should be done 10 days before the scheduled date of travel).
Cancellations made between 5 to 10 days before the scheduled date of travel will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date of travel will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total tour cost.

Rescheduling made 25 days prior to the Date of Travel will incur a 20% rescheduling fee based on the total tour cost.
Between 25 and 15 days before the Date of Travel, rescheduling incurs a 40% fee based on the total tour cost.
Rescheduling within 15 days of the Date of Travel will incur an 60% rescheduling fee calculated from the total tour cost.
Customers who reschedule and subsequently cancel their tours or treks are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

Zero Rescheduling Fees. (Should be done 10 days prior to the Date of Travel).
Between 10 and 5 days before the Date of Travel, rescheduling incurs a 20% fee calculated from the total tour cost.
Rescheduling within 5 days of the Date of Travel will incur an 30% rescheduling fee calculated from the total tour cost.
Customers who reschedule and subsequently cancel their tours or treks are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

The eligible refund will be processed within 6-8 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be credited either to the original payment source or provided as credits in Travoozo Club Rewards, based on the customer's preference and in accordance with our terms of service.
